Culture is fundamental; music, the visual arts and science connect us. They guide our lives in a constantly changing world. But as a society, do we have a responsibility toward culture? How can culture be, or indeed should it be encouraged? And what is the role of philanthropy?
The conversation will be led in French; participation and questions are welcome in both French and English.

Giving time and money plays an important role in our lives, no matter the reason or the amount we give. There is no doubt that empathy and generosity go hand in hand with philanthropy regardless of the number of pennies involved. So, what should we give? And how much?
The conversation will be led in English; participation and questions are welcome in both English and French.
The "Art is Better with You" two-day online conference tackled how European cultural entities have started a new era in culture through skillful application of innovation. Co-organised by the Andrzej Wajda Film Culture Centre and Creative Europe Desk Poland, the conference brought together leaders of European institutions specialising in the development of digital culture.

Since 2015 we have been working closely with Business Schools in order to get young professionals involved in the cultural industry and inform them about the importance of different funding models for opera houses, ballet companies and festivals.
Every year we come together with ESCP Europe Business School students from the master of Marketing and Creativity Programme to conduct Company and Class Consultancy Projects. This year's project was particularly challenging due to the severe impact of the pandemic on the cultural sector, yet very fruitful regarding the potential new opportunities for the future of these art forms.
Experience Opera and Ballet Online, FEDORA's Activities

Before the summer, when schools slowly reopened in France, a class of 10 year-olds in a town near Nancy in France discovered the FEDORA Platform and our members' activities. We are happy to have helped connect Opéra de Rouen Normandie "Orchestra Lab" and Sadler's Wells' "Family Dance Workshop" from London with these children in France.
